1.1. All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via email. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation from us.
1.2. Accurate details are required for the reservation, including flight information, pick-up and drop-off addresses, and special requests. Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or issues on the day of service.
1.3. Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking. Please ensure all details are correct.
1.4. Payment Information: A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. In the event of a failed payment, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
2.1. Payment Due: Payment is required before or at the time of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
2.2. Additional Charges: Charges such wait time, extra stops, or any additional services requested during the ride will be added to your final invoice.
2.3. Pre-authorization Hold: We reserve the right to place a pre-authorization hold on your card for an amount greater than the estimated charges, which may take up to 36 hours before the service. During this time, these funds may not be available for use.
2.4. Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your total fare to recognize the service provided by our chauffeurs.
3.1. Curbside Pickup: The most efficient and convenient option. Simply provide the outside door number, and your chauffeur will meet you at the curb, ready to assist with your luggage and ensure a seamless transfer to your vehicle. This service minimizes wait time, offering you a quick and hassle-free departure.
3.2. Driver Meet and Greet: For a more personalized experience, your chauffeur will park in the nearest airport lot to your arrival terminal and greet you inside the airport with a sign displaying your name. Please note that you will need to walk to the parking lot with your chauffeur, which may take slightly longer than the curbside pickup option.
3.3. Failure to Locate Chauffeur: If you are unable to find your chauffeur, please call 305-978-7478 and we will assist in coordinating your pick-up location.
3.4. Seaport Pick-ups: Once passengers have exited the cruise ship, they must call 305-978-7478 with their location details, including the name of the cruise ship. The chauffeur will then be directed to meet them at the specified location.
4.1. Grace Periods: A built-in grace period is included for each type of service, as follows:
4.2. Excessive Wait Time: After the grace period, a wait time fee of $1.50 per minute will apply for up to 1 additional hour. If the wait time exceeds 1 hour and 30 minutes (or 2 hours for international flights), the trip will be billed at an hourly rate, with a minimum charge of 3 hours.
5.1. Hourly Service Minimums: A minimum booking of 3 hours is required for all vehicles.
5.2. Additional Time Charges: Any time exceeding the 3-hour minimum will be billed in 30-minute increments of the hourly rate for the chosen vehicle.
Rates may vary based on factors such as the day of the week, holidays, or demand.
Additional Stop Charges: Any stop made during the course of the trip, irrespective of its location, will incur an additional charge based on the mileage to and from the stop.

7.1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid charges.
7.2. No Show Policy: If you fail to appear at the scheduled pick-up location, you will be billed the full amount of the reservation, including any miscellaneous charges.
7.3. Refunds: Cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe will receive a full refund. Cancellations outside the allowed window will be charged the full amount.
8.1. Misconduct: Any inappropriate behavior, damage to the vehicle, or violations of conduct will be subject to additional charges, including the cost of repair or cleaning.
9.1. Cleaning Fees: If the vehicle requires excessive cleaning due to spills, dirt, or other conditions, a cleaning fee will be charged, which may vary based on the extent of the damage, up to a maximum of $250.
9.2. Damage Fees: If the vehicle is damaged during your trip, you will be responsible for all repair costs.
9.3. Lost or Damaged Personal Property: First Class Luxury SUV is not responsible for any personal items left behind in the vehicle. In the event that lost items are found, we will attempt to return them to the owner at their cost.
10.1. Damages: First Class Luxury SUV is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, missed flights, or missed appointments.
10.2. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, road closures, or other events beyond our control.
First Class Luxury SUV reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
